Anchuruli, also spelled Anjuruli, is an emerging tourist
destination and a catchment area of Idukki arch dam in Kanchiyar village
near Kattappana in the district of Idukki in Kerala.
This tunnel is used to bring water to Idukki reservoir. People can walk till the tunnel and through it when there is less water. However, there are warnings and restrictions at times to visit this place.
