Once the throttle-body problem was addressed, I wanted to avoid changing everything at once. The next experiment was fuel. I chose IndianOil XP95 and decided to stay consistent with it long enough to see whether the car behaved differently. The point was not to promise a miracle. The point was to create a cleaner experiment. The first useful sign came from the numbers. Different routes produced very different results. One city trip reached 15.2 km/l. Another documented run showed 13.0 km/l. The return leg from Pondicherry to Chennai later showed 18.2 km/l. These were not all equivalent tests, so I did not treat them as one average.
