1. TECHNO SPEAK
Innovatory papers of envisioning pains and deviceful brainwork are awaited from those who are interested in transmutation on the following topics

The participants can select topics of their own other than those mentioned here
Papers have to be sent in Microsoft Office 2003 / 2007 or Adobe PDF
Each team will be allotted 5 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for queries
Any extension in the allotted time may result in the loss of points
The participants should bring their presentation on CD/USB drive along with 2 hard copies for the judges
Paper Format
Paper should be in IEEE format
The paper has to be a double column with 1.5 line spacing in A4 size page
Content of the paper in MS-Word with 12 Font Size (Times New Roman)
Title - Bold, Upper-case in 14 Font Size (Times New Roman) followed by the Author's names and affiliations in 10 Font Size (Times New Roman) in Lower-case

In the mail to be sent, name of the file should be the title of your paper
Subject of the mail to be sent should follow the specified format

This event is to give chance to emerging innovators to boast their dynamic intelligence and expose their ability within the limited time. Our notion is to recognize the embodied endowment in the field of multimedia.

Soft copy should be submitted on the day of the symposium
Time duration is 5 minutes
Queries will be posed for 2 minutes
The file extension can be of any format which is supported by VLC media player
It must not be a short film (shot by video cam)

The challenge here is all about your creativity and how effective you are in conveying theme(s). Let's see how many of you can drag an idea from your soul to bring out exactly what you have in mind. The real nature of the theme must be brought out with electrifying colors and more desirable exemplification.

7. SPOT EVENTS

8.BUGFI
BugFi is an event to test the ability of the participant to comprehend codes. Winning in BugFi depends upon the acquaintance in C/C++ only.
Prelim
The preliminary round will be conducted which judges the basic knowledge in C / C++
Time duration is 30 minutes
The top 10 teams getting through the preliminary tests will be selected for finals
Finals
The teams have to debug flaws in the codes thereby produce the desired output
Time duration is 30 minutes

Team can have a maximum of two members
No USB / other any data storage devices are allowed for the final round
If any of the above mentioned devices found, the team will be disqualified
Mobile Phones should be switched off during the conduct of the event

Those requesting for hospitality should register as soon as possible. Services will be offered on first registered first served basis
A mail confirming your hospitality will be sent to your mail ids
Once you get the confirmation mail from us, you have to confirm your arrival date to the hospitality desk

Rooms will be provided on sharing basis only
Kindly register as early as possible
Participants are requested to take care of their belongings during their stay at night
Participants must abide by the rules and regulations of the Hostel. If they are found to be violating the rules, they will be asked to vacate immediately
